Terms of Service
Please review the terms of service for Quwon.
Article 1 (Agreement to These Terms)
These Terms of Service (these "Terms") set forth the terms and conditions for use of the service "Quwon" (the "Service") provided by Project Quwon (the "Project"). Users shall use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
Article 2 (Definitions)
The following terms shall have the following meanings in these Terms:
- "Service" means the AI-powered web application and related services provided by the Project.
- "User" means any individual or entity that uses the Service.
- "Content" means text, audio, images, videos, software, programs, code, and other information.
Article 3 (User Registration)
- Those who wish to use the Service shall agree to these Terms and apply for user registration in the manner prescribed by the Project.
- The Project may not approve an application for user registration if the Project determines that the applicant falls under any of the following, and shall not be obligated to disclose any reasons therefor:
- The applicant is under 13 years of age
- The application is from a person who has violated these Terms
- The Project otherwise deems the application inappropriate
Article 4 (Provision of the Service)
- The Project shall provide the Service to Users.
- The Project may change the content of the Service.
- The Project may suspend or interrupt all or part of the Service without prior notice to Users in the following cases:
- When performing maintenance or updates of the computer system related to the Service
- When it becomes difficult to provide the Service due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning, fires, power outages, or natural disasters
- When the Project otherwise determines that it is difficult to provide the Service
Article 5 (Prohibited Acts)
Users shall not engage in any of the following acts when using the Service:
- Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
- Acts related to criminal activities
- Acts that infringe copyrights, trademark rights, or other intellectual property rights included in the Service
- Acts that destroy or interfere with the functions of servers or networks of the Project, other Users, or third parties
- Acts that commercially use information obtained through the Service
- Acts that may interfere with the operation of the Project's services
- Acts of unauthorized access or attempts thereof
- Acts of collecting or accumulating personal information about other Users
- Acts of using the Service for fraudulent purposes
- Other acts that the Project deems inappropriate
Article 6 (Restriction of Use and Deletion of Registration)
- The Project may, without prior notice, delete posted data, restrict all or part of the use of the Service by a User, or delete the User's registration if the User falls under any of the following:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms
- Discovery of false information in registration details
- Non-performance of payment obligations such as fees
- No response to communications from the Project for a certain period
- No use of the Service for a certain period since the last use
- The Project otherwise determines that use of the Service is inappropriate
Article 7 (Disclaimer)
- The Project does not expressly or implicitly guarantee that the Service is free from defects (including defects, errors, bugs, rights infringement, etc. related to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, fitness for a particular purpose, security, etc.).
- The Project shall not be liable for any damages incurred by Users arising from the Service. However, this disclaimer shall not apply if the contract between the Project and Users regarding the Service (including these Terms) constitutes a consumer contract as defined in the Consumer Contract Act.
Article 8 (Changes to These Terms)
The Project may change these Terms at any time without notice to Users when the Project deems it necessary. If a User begins using the Service after changes to these Terms, such User shall be deemed to have agreed to the changed Terms.

Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
- These Terms shall be governed by Japanese law.
- In the event of any dispute arising in connection with the Service, the court having jurisdiction over the Project's base of operations shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
